Massage Therapy and Therapeutic Touch are also offered by our trained Recreation Staff.
Outings
Several bus trips are scheduled throughout each month. Residents are taken to various restaurants for dining out, malls for shopping, picnics, eagle watching, sight seeing, Christmas light tours and parades. Depending on the season and weather, appropriate clothing is required for all residents going out on the bus.
Spiritual
Nondenominational church services are scheduled every second Thursday by Recreation Therapy in conjunction with the West Hants Ministerial Association. Regular individual Clergy visits can be arranged upon request. Biweekly volunteers provide a musical/spiritual program for our residents.
Musical
On Tuesday evenings there is musical entertainment scheduled at 7:00pm. Family, friends and members of the community are always welcomed to come enjoy the music, even dance a jig!
