As part of our commitment to offer innovative prescription drug management options, Great-West Life is excited to team up with industry leader Costco Wholesale to offer a unique drug plan that combines best-in-class retail, lower prices and high-quality benefits. We’re rolling out a new plan design option to help manage costs while enhancing the plan member experience. The Pharmacy Network Value Plan offers direct savings for employers & employees via low dispensing fees and ingredient cost mark-ups.
This is effective June 1, 2015. It is important to note that you do not need to be a Costco member to access their pharmacy, but you must be a member to purchase any items other than prescription medications.

Active members: the current per prescription deductible of $3.00 will be waived by Great-West on prescriptions filled at a Costco pharmacy.
Retired members under age 65: the current per prescription deductible of $10.00 will be reduced to $5.00 by Great-West on prescriptions filled at a Costco pharmacy.
