Funding is often required to cover the costs associated with research studies being conducted at NSHA. These funds can come from an internal or departmental funding competition, provincial, federal or foreign funding agency, an industry funder, or foundation.  Regardless of where a researcher looks or applies for funds, it is important to always; read the guidelines, ensure eligibility, and be aware of deadlines and information sessions offered.

Internal Research Funding Opportunities:

Local, Provincial and National Research funding opportunities are advertised through Nova Scotia Health’s bi-weekly Research In Action Newsletter.
