The Nova Scotia Health Authority Renal Program is committed to: Improving the renal health of Nova Scotians, the lives of those with kidney disease and their families. Ensuring Nova Scotians with kidney disease receive high quality, consistent and equitable renal care, as close to home as possible. Raising awareness of risk factor management for those at risk for kidney disease, and the importance of early identification and management of those at risk. This website has been developed as a means of informing healthcare providers and planners about the work of the The Nova Scotia Health Authority Renal Program.
