The Mobile Outreach Street Health - MOSH team, a collaborative primary health care team of nurses, an occupational therapist, support from family physicians at the North End Community Health Centre and administartive support, provide a wide range of primary care in community locations and on the streets of Halifax and Dartmouth:

- Harm reduction supplies
- Birth control and condoms
- Pregnancy testing
- Emergency contraception
- Sexually transmitted infection testing
- PAP tests
- Vaccinations
- Wound care
- Help managing chronic diseases such as diabetes and heart disease
- Health promotion programming
- Help with life skills and daily activity
- Addiction-related support
- Help with medication
- Help getting a health card
- Help organizing dental and eye exams
- Referrals to other allied health professionals
