Quality is achieved by ensuring that the services and supports we provide have a positive effect on the health and safety of our citizens. Accreditation Canada sets standards to achieve quality care while their eight quality dimensions help us identify, analyze and measure our progress. Fundamental to this work is the assumption that quality and patient safety is everyone’s job at Capital Health.

Every three years we go through the proccess of Accreditation as we look for more ways to improve the quality and safety of our health care services.
