Outpatient Care - Mental Health Program

Treatment programs have been designed to offer a variety of treatment options through a series of outpatient groups. These groups address a variety of concerns associated with eating disorders.

Groups include meal experiences with patients such as:

  • Snacks
  • Breakfasts
  • Lunches
  • Suppers

In addition, a variety of skills groups such as assertiveness, coping and body image, help patients develop healthier and more effective skills in each of these areas. Therapy groups address self-esteem and relational issues and help patients gain insight into underlying issues that may contribute the eating disorder.

Real change in our eating and life patterns comes about because we change how we feel inside. To do this, we have to learn more about ourselves and how we function - physically.
