Learning & Organizational Development

Our Learning and Organizational Development team works with formal leaders and teams at Capital Health to design strategies to assist in meeting a desired outcome.

Some of the service we provide include:

  • Coaching in a confidential manner to enhance capacity of formal leaders.
  • Providing assistance in the design of educational programs with subject matter experts.
  • Design and delivery of programs for intact groups to achieve workplace goals.
  • Facilitation of sessions such as strategic planning, focus groups, and retreats to address team and group plans.
  • Aligning your work to support organizational learning principles.
  • Identification of resources available withinCapital Health and in the external marketplace to address developmental needs.
