At its heart, Capital Health stands for warmth, caring and optimism - a community striving together for better health. We value working with you to improve patient care and encourage open communication, compassion, and respectful partnerships.

At Capital Health, we know how important it is to personalize your health care experiences and to respond to your concerns. We encourage you and your caregivers to talk openly about your health care.

Patient Rights and Responsibilities

You are an important part of the health care team. If you have questions or want to talk more about your rights and responsibilities, please speak with a member of your health care team or a patient representative who can help you address concerns related to your health care experience. You can also download the Patient Rights and Responsibilities brochure.

Patient Representatives

Patient representatives are here to help answer any questions you have about your care or experiences in our facilities. Our goal is to help create quality health care experiences for patients and families by facilitating the prevention and resolution of concerns.
