Welcome to Grief and Bereavement Services. Our Care Team meets the needs of the grieving families and friends of patients referred to Palliative Care. If you are reading this today, it probably means you have lost a loved-one or perhaps are caring for a person with a life threatening illness. Please know our thoughts are truly with you. This website offers a number of resources which you may find helpful.
