Capital Health is Adopting a renewed commitment to accountability, transparency and engagement consistent with “Our Promise".

Open Doors is a way to increase citizens’ understanding of health and health care. It will help us improve access to information and create a level playing field that will allow informed dialogue and decision-making. Open Doors aims to better inform the decisions we make about health and health care in our community. It will give the decision-makers on our board of directors another avenue of citizen input and perspective into important questions about the future.

It seeks to build stronger, more trusting and transparent relationships between Capital Health and the people we serve.

It is our hope that Open Doors will evolve over time, that citizens will help us identify the critical issues and topics we need to discuss as a community, and engage with us in that discussion.
