Welcome to the District Department of Family Practice (DDFP).

We represent, and are the voice of, the 420+ Family Practitioners who deliver care within Capital Health.

We are an evolving department working with Family Physicians and Capital Health to improve patient care and the quality of work life of our members.

In doing so, our goal is to develop relationships to support decision making that affects the primary care system in Capital Health.
