Employee & Physician Surveys
Capital Health conducts employee surveys to get a snapshot of the organization. We use these surveys to help us monitor and plan for the organization to help implement organizational priorities and Our Promise to become a world-leading haven for people-centred health healing and learning. Employee surveys help to tell us how we're doing and inform what are we doing in response to the survey results.
Some of the recommendations we have received from our surveys include:
- A respectful workplace strategy.
- Conflict transformation coaching.
- A recognition program.
- Investment in leadership development.
We have taken these suggestions seriously. All of these have been implemented or are underway.
